DRSP agents can access the Consumer Portal via the Client Dashboard in the CRM allowing them better to assist consumers and compare data issues. When a consumer contacts an agent for assistance, the agent will be able to see exactly what the consumer does and troubleshoot issues in real time.

Setting up permissions
In order to even have access to login as the consumer, the permission doing so must be activated.
- Go to the Admin tab > click Roles.
- Select the Role you want to have this permission for from the Roles menu.
- Scroll down to the Contacts section and select the Login as Consumer checkbox (see red highlighted box below).
- Click Save.
