This article describes the "Status Change Report" available within the Reports tab within the CRM. It is divided into the following sections:
- Report Refinement
- Data Graph and Filtering Capabilities
- Report Table
- Report Customization and Export
The Status Change Report illustrates when status changes occur in the DebtPayPro system and records the system user that facilitated the status change as well.
Location: Reports > Status Change
Data Graph & Filtering Capabilities
The graph will change based on the criteria listed in the Filters box.
(Graph Manipulation) Filter by Time, Company, User, Status, and Stage.
(Additional Graph Filters) Filter results Daily, Monthly, Yearly, or by a specific time range. (IE: Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, etc..)
The report table will reflect data that you have specified via filter options.
Report Customization & Export
Customize fields and records per page using the Customize Table option (see below highlighted in Blue).
The report table will reflect data that you have specified via filter options. Clicking Export View (see above highlighted in Red) will export the data into a .csv file.
