The Status Report allows management to track the Stage and Status of contacts in the system.
Location: Reports tab > Status
Using the Status Report
The report can be filtered by File Type, Company, and User. After configuring the filters, click Filter.
The report lists the number of contacts in each Stage in parenthesis under the Stage on the left hand side of the page.
The number of contacts in each Status is listed in a circle to the right of the Status. The horizontal bar to the right of each Status name represents the percentage of contacts from that Stage, that are in that Status.
