The History Report allows management to track History events that occur on the Client Dashboard of contacts.
Location: Reports Tab > History
Users & Date Range Selection
- Users: Select from the list of Users to view history events that they created.
- Date Range: Choose a date range from when the history events took place.
Analyzing the Data
- Show: Select how many results to display per page.
- All: Filter the data even further, by selecting a specific History Event Type.
