Integrating Asterisk with Debt Pay Pro
**NOTE: The Asterisk phone system add-on is no longer available for purchase. If you have already signed up for the Asterisk integration, you may continue using it at your discretion, but support for this integration is limited.
If you have previously signed up for this phone system add-on, you will have access to the Asterisk Settings Page, and can begin the setup and configuration process.
Setting up Asterisk
Location: Admin tab > Settings > Asterisk page
1. General Settings
Enter your Asterisk PBX credentials in the General Settings page.
- Active / Running: Enable this to turn on Asterisk.
2. User Mapping
Input each User's Phone System Agent ID, then click Save Settings.
