The History tab on the Client Dashboard displays every action that has occurred for a specific contact. Each event is color coded, date and time stamped, and lists which user was responsible for that act.

Filtering the history
- Go to the Client Dashboard > click the History tab.
All records are displayed.
- To filter the history by category, click the Filter menu > select an option.

Deleting an event
We do not recommend deleting events as they provide important information about the client's activities.
- From the Client Dashboard > click the History tab.
- Click the icon next to the item you want to delete > click OK.
