The My Settings page allows users to set their DocuSign account information, mail settings, notification preferences and alerts, as well as offers an alternate way to set your default landing page. It is located on the global header.
- Click My Settings > go to the section you want to set up > when finished, click Save Settings.
Your company must have an account set up with DocuSign in order to use this feature.
To use DocuSign for electronic signatures, users must enter their API Username, API AcctID, and Password in the designated boxes. This information can be obtained directly from the DocuSign platform or your DocuSign account representative. Login at www.docusign.com to retrieve these credentials.
