Equitable Acceptance provides financing solutions to consumers with student loan debt. Once the consumer is underwritten and approved, this allows Equitable affiliated student loan consolidation companies to collect their fees directly from Equitable Acceptance.

Integrating Equitable Acceptance with Debt Pay Pro
Before you begin the setup process your CRM account will need to have signed up for the Equitable Acceptance integration. If you have not and are interested please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call (630)394-6260.
Once you have signed up for the Equitable Acceptance integration, you will then have access to the Equitable Settings Page.
Setting Up Equitable Acceptance
Location: Admin Tab > Settings > Equitable
Start by mapping the API Fields. The setup team may have already mapped the fields that Equitable Acceptance requires for submission, but you are also able to map additional fields if you'd like. Simply select the field that corresponds with the labeled data on the left side. If needed you can create custom fields and add them to your in-take forms. You can review our articles on Custom Fields and the Form Builder.
Next you will need to enter the User Settings for the users you wish to grant access to the Equitable Acceptance integration. Start by entering the PIN and Code for the user and check the "Active / Running" box.
Next click the "Get Key" button. This will use the PIN and Code entered to retrieve the Key from Equitable Acceptance. Finally select the FTP Server from the settings drop down then click "Save Settings" to the left.
The user should now be able to view the Equitable Acceptance tab under the Client Dashboard and also submit files for approval. If you wish for a user to see the Equitable Acceptance Tab on the Client Dashboard, but not be able to submit fields you can click the "Active / Running" checkbox but they will not have the ability to submit or update files.
Using Equitable Acceptance within Debt Pay Pro
To submit an application go to the Client Dashboard and open the EquitAccept Tab. Then click the "Submit Equitable Acceptance Application".
Once the contact has been submitted you can return here to view the status of the application and upload the audio file. We do not have details about what is required with the audio file, please contact Equitable Acceptance for more information. You can click the report icon to check the status of the application with equitable as well.
You can find reporting tools for Equitable Acceptance Applications under the Reports Tab. Select "Equitable Acceptance" from the menu located on the navigation bar. Use the available filters to display the information you wish to find.
Regarding Enrollment Plans...
Since Equitable Acceptance will be processing your payment and transferring funds outside of the CRM you will want to setup enrollment plans with a single payment and use the gateway "Equitable Acceptance". You can then manually update the payment status to cleared later when you have confirmed receipt of the funds. If you do not see "Equitable Acceptance" as a gateway option when setting up a enrollment plan or do not see the "Mark as Cleared/Returned/Pending" options when editing a transaction, please reach out to support to have those functions activated.
