Navigate to the Client's Enrollment Details page, and click Add Payment.
Adding an ACH Refund
- Active: Checking this box makes the transaction live (this box should always be checked)
- Type: Client Refund
- Sub Type: --Select-- (leave unselected)
- Account Number: confirm info or update per consumer's instructions ACR doc
- Routing Number: confirm info or update per consumer's instructions ACR doc
- Account Type: confirm info or update per consumer's instructions ACR doc
- Process Date: Select next business day or current date if scheduling before 12pm PST cutoff time
- Occurs: Defaults to 1 time
- Amount: Type in refund amount
- Memo: Type in the reason for refund i.e. "Client Cancellation Refund"
- Action: Select "Schedule Transaction" from drop down
Click SAVE button to schedule |Fee to client: $0.00
Adding a Check Refund
- Active: Box should always be check marked
- Type: Client Refund
- Sub Type: Select from the following 3 options: Check, 2nd Day Check, Overnight Check
- Address: This will default with consumers info on file - confirm info or update per consumer's instructions ACR doc.
WHEN ADDRESS IS UPDATED VIA WINDOW PLEASE EMAIL clients@debtpaygateway.com. This is important so that the shipping address is correctly updated before the check is shipped.
