Reports & Statistics
The Call Report is the default report that loads from the "Reports" tab.
The graphs give you an overview of incoming vs outgoing calls, as well as who is logging calls and the disposition of those calls.
Located just below the toolbar is a link to "View the Call Activity Log"
Reports & Statistics > Call Log Details
The call activity log filters all calls being logged inside of the system, you can filter this list down by the time it was logged, the person that logged the calls, the disposition, status change or company.
This will create an exportable list that you can use to track data on your employees and clients.
