We have added a feature to DebtPayPro to allow you to download your own account backups through the system.

Backups are trailing for the past 5 days. Backups older than 5 days will be deleted.

Backup Contents:

    - CSV Files from the database containing your raw data.

    - Uploaded Files on contacts

    - Settlement / Check images

Backup files are in the .tar format. This is similar to a zip file. You can use a program like WinRar  to extract this archive.

Admin > System Settings > Backups.
